Refund Policy

At Xmbiance – Luxury Decor & Custom Manufacturing, we strive to deliver premium-quality products tailored to your unique needs. As our products are made-to-order and customized with precision, we have a specific refund and exchange policy outlined below:


1. Refund Eligibility

  • No Refunds for Custom Orders:
    Since our products are manufactured specifically for each customer’s order, we do not offer refunds for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, customers can raise a request to replace or return the same within 3 working days.
  • If refund is accepted, the credit amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days to the original source of payments.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Manufacturing Defects:
    If your product has a manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange. Clients must notify us . We will exchange the same in 10-14 working days.
  • Inspection Process:
    Once the defective product is inspected and verified, we will proceed with an exchange.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products customized to customer-specific designs, sizes, or finishes.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • Products without proof of purchase or invoice.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the manufacturing process begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
  • Bulk Orders:
    For bulk orders, a cancellation fee may apply if the production process has already started.

5. Return Shipping

  • In the rare case of an exchange due to manufacturing defects, we will arrange or reimburse for return shipping. The product must be returned in its original packaging to avoid further damage during transit.
